Hello

Hayaiti is a productized engineering studio. We build web apps, custom software, iOS apps, and harden them against attackers — all under one roof, with prices and timelines on the page.

We're new. This is the launch post.

What we ship

Four services, fixed prices, fixed calendar-day timelines:

  • [Web](/services/web). Landing pages from $2,995 in 5 days. Marketing sites at $7,995 in 14 days. Web app MVPs at $19,995 in 30 days.
  • [Software](/services/software). Automation scripts at $2,495 in 7 days. Internal tools and APIs at $14,995 in 28 days. Trading algorithms at $9,995 in 21 days.
  • [iOS](/services/ios). TestFlight prototypes at $6,995 in 14 days. Full App Store apps at $34,995 in 45 days.
  • [Cybersecurity](/services/cybersecurity). free audits in 24 hours. Audit + remediation at $4,995 in 7 days. Manual pentest engagements at $14,995 in 21 days.

For ongoing work, we offer two retainers: an Embedded Engineer at $5,995/mo (one senior, one active ticket, async) and an Embedded Pod at $11,995/mo (two engineers + a designer, two parallel tracks). Both pause or cancel any time.

Every SKU is on the pricing page. The numbers don't move unless the scope moves.

Who we are

A small team. Engineers who've shipped iOS apps, security researchers with bug-bounty backgrounds, web folks who've built high-traffic marketing sites and conversion-optimized funnels. We've done this work inside other agencies, inside startups, and as contractors. Hayaiti is the version we'd want to hire.

We're keeping the team page deliberately light at launch. Founder bios, real names, and the rest of the about details land as we earn the social proof to back them up. We'd rather ship than shimmer.

What we believe

A few things, written down so you can decide if we're a fit:

  • Pricing belongs on the page. Why we publish every number.
  • Discovery calls are a tax. We replaced ours with a one-paragraph brief and a 24-hour spec. Here's the case.
  • You own the source code from day one. Code lands in your GitHub from the first commit, not at the end of the engagement.
  • Async by default. Comments-as-records. We use Linear over Jira for everything.
  • Calendar days, not "weeks." A timeline that drifts is a timeline that doesn't exist.

How to engage

The path is short:

  1. Get the [free audit](/audit). Real PDF, 24-hour SLA, no credit card, no call. It's a working sample of how we communicate.
  2. Read the [pricing](/pricing). Pick a SKU, or email us a one-paragraph brief at hello@hayaiti.com and we'll send a fixed-price spec inside 24 hours.
  3. Book. Stripe checkout for SKUs under $20K, invoice for bigger work.

We'll be writing here regularly — shipping logs, technical posts, honest retrospectives. If something resonates, follow along.

If something doesn't, tell us. hello@hayaiti.com gets read by humans.

What we're not

A few clarifications, since "productized engineering studio" is a phrase we made up.

  • Not a freelance marketplace. You're not getting matched to a random contractor. The same small team is the only team. Every engagement runs through it — that's the staffing policy.
  • Not a recruiting firm. We don't place engineers at your company.
  • Not an enterprise consultancy. No partner-track sales, no expensive deck slingers, no procurement portals.
  • Not a SaaS company. We don't have a product to sell you. We have engineering capacity at fixed prices.

If you've worked with a traditional agency, we look like a smaller, faster, more honest version. If you've worked with a freelancer, we look like a more reliable, higher-capacity version. The pricing and delivery model is a deliberate response to what we found unsatisfying on both sides.

The first 90 days

We'll publish a retrospective at the 90-day mark — what we shipped, what we sold, what we got wrong, and what comes next. Honest numbers, no vanity metrics. It lands here when the day-90 data is real.

If you want to be a client in that period, the front door is the audit or the pricing page. The first paid engagement starts as soon as you book.
