No. For web we use Next.js / React. For native mobile, we ship Swift on iOS — see /services/ios. We don't pretend cross-platform is the same as native.
Can you take over an existing codebase?

Yes, if it's modern (Next.js 13+, React 18+, TypeScript). We'll do a 1-hour read-through first to confirm we can responsibly own it. If we can't, we'll tell you.
What if I just need a one-page landing?
