On signed scope, you pay 50% to kick off — that's what reserves your slot and pays for the first half of the engagement. Final 50% is invoiced on delivery, due net-7. Stripe or wire.
If we miss the SKU's stated delivery date for reasons within our control, we refund 25% of the SKU price. If the delay is yours (e.g., we're waiting on content or access for more than 5 business days), the timeline pauses with email notice.
Each SKU includes one round of revisions baked in. After handoff, additional changes are billed hourly ($150/hr) or, if it's larger scope, as a new fixed-bid SKU. Embedded subscriptions are designed for ongoing iteration.
