Funnel structure

Single chooser page at /lp/ai-classes plus 10 dedicated detail pages. Each detail page is a 22-section sales page: hero with custom product mockup → instant-value bonuses → ship-or-we-build-it guarantee → before/after → instructor card → versus-table → tier-priced anchor (early-bird seats 1–10 at ~33% off) → bonus stack with strikethrough values → triple risk-reversal → 60-second-to-day-35 timeline → email-first form → objections → final CTA → sticky bar.

Honesty boundary maintained

Cohort cap of 20 is real. Refund-if-not-filled-in-30-days is real. Ship-Or-We-Build-It guarantee escalates to a full Hayaiti SKU build at no charge if the student does the work and doesn't ship. No fake testimonials.

Tracking + admin

Every reservation flows through /api/lead with metadata.classId and full first-touch attribution (UTM params + 6 ad-platform click IDs). New /admin/cohorts view aggregates real signups against the seeded baseline per class with a "Ready to charge" badge when a cohort hits cap.
