What we shipped
When a visitor submits the /audit form, they now get:
- Immediate confirmation email with the audit ETA (24h).
- The PDF report when ready.
- A day-3 follow-up with a one-question survey ("did the report help?").
- A day-7 follow-up offering a free 15-minute walkthrough.
- A day-21 check-in with related case studies (when we have any).
Why
The audit is the top-of-funnel ask. Without a sequence after delivery, the lead cools off in two days and the work that produced the report is wasted.
Implementation note
We're using a placeholder email sender today (logs payloads to console). Real Resend integration is on the roadmap and will replace the placeholder transparently.
